STORYLINE
On an erie night, we enter a pitch black room as Bass, is sleeping uneasily before a guest spot on Dj Des' "The Block Never Sleeps" radio show. He's been feeling a little out of the normal lately and doesn't seem like things are ok, physically and mentally. As an up and coming rapper, Bass has a hit single with the "I'm A Star" record, all the women a man could need, all the money a man could want, and owns the most luxurious vehicles. It seems as if nothing can go wrong. Bass continues his day as if he feels nothing, not listening to his intuition. He does his guest spot and upon leaving the radio station is crowded by eager fans looking to get a photo of their idol. Bass is used to the lights and glamour, but it seems to be getting to him once again. Bass gets pushed over board once a fan invades his personal space. His record label feels as if he has to be taken out of the public eye to preserve Bass' image. The spiral downward doesn't stop, incidents begin to accumulate. During a recording session Bass is a little too tipsy to record and starts to become sloppy. Wasting the record label's money and time is one thing every artist under a 360 deal should know not to do, but Bass, as usual, thinks he is the exception. When he is taken to his hotel room that night he receives a visit from the labels C.E.O., Lucifer. Lucifer and Bass begin to speak about what is happening. Bass is a little fed up with his contract and all the music, or trash, he has been releasing. Lacking true substance and a true message, Bass wants out. Lucifer thinking quickly, and before Bass rebels any further, sedates him. Upon waking, Bass is tied on to a metal hospital table. Vision blurry he is slow to regain his composure. Now fully aware of what is about to happen, Bass is about to undergo a new form of Lobotomy. Lucifer's plan is to mind controll Bass and turn him into a multi-billion producing robot. Lazily waking from the procedure Bass is furious. The scientist are bewildered, Bass is not supposed to be able to feel any rational emotions, but it seems his brain was somehow unaffected. Able to think his own rational thoughts, and even better not hear Lucifer's voice, Bass realizes that he is now a machine. All his flesh has been stripped and replaced with stainless steel 17-4PH. The label has just created is a monster, not just a robot. Bass begins to view his new form as a way to send a message and turn his sins into positivity. The sudden rush of optimism is crushed as hate and resentment boil in his veins. Bass' rage overwhelms him as he turns the Laboratory into his personal chop shop. His madness is let loose into the streets of New York City, New York. Hysteria settles in and begins to take over the city as Bass Heads (Craig Bass fans) join their idol. Authority figures are scrambling to contain Bass' rage and riots become hostile all over New York. Through the mindless almost instictive destruction Bass starts to realize what he has begun. A moment to reflect appears. His maniac efforts start to subside as his feelings begin to cause confliction within. He has such a strong following but is jealous of how every singular Bass Head can achieve humility. As his followers are bringing their own form of hell, Bass comes to terms with the fact that he is a robot, a monster, one of a kind. Bass falls to his knees as a rain of bullets begin to impale his metal exterior sending him to his demise. Before passing Bass reveals the key to true happiness and true faith; Love for self and each other as man, faithful under God's plan.
